May 2014 Orchardleigh with Barry
With weather much better than anticipated a select group of us enjoyed a lovely day out. As Roger said "Thanks [Barry] for a great walk last Sunday - for the poetry and please thank Sylvia for the refreshing tea and biscuits at the end of the day !
It was definitely worth braving the rather unpromising forecasts - the [rest of post]... shows what the others missed "

| from the train on the way. |
then it was off back to Totnes by minibus to the warm, welcoming and very good Barrel House restaurant. Time went quickly, the rain was outside not in and we caught our train home comfortably: "the ' cake on the train' variation was particularly welcome! ".
Other trips are suggested on David's website - you never know, the weather may be better.
